About the Journal
The International Journal of Business Management (IJBM) was founded in 2009. It is an official academic journal published by the College of Business Management and Accounting, Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia. As a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, IJBM is published in English twice a year (June and December) and has an established review process in order to ensure that published papers are of the highest quality and efficacy.
In line with the mission statement of UNITEN, which is, "We strive to advance knowledge and learning experience through research and innovation that will best serve human society", IJBM promotes works in the interdisciplinary areas of social science, including (i) accounting, finance and economics, (ii) marketing and entrepreneurship, (iii) management and human resources, (iv) business strategies, and (v) educational and liberal studies to the widest possible audience. In addition, IJBM is receptive to both research-oriented and practice-oriented papers.
This volume is the second of IJBM Special Issue: ISEBA 2022 series. It compiles the extended abstracts from selected innovative concepts and products showcased during International Symposium and Exhibition on Business & Accounting (ISEBA) 2022 held on 28 September 2022. Each abstract encapsulates the specific issue requiring solutions, concept/product’s novelty, commercialisation potential, process flow and the resulting awards and achievements.
