Assessing Students’ Understanding of Mock Domestic Inquiry Through Online Role-Play
Abstract
Domestic Inquiry is a part of an internal process conducted by an employer to investigate whether an employee has committed an act of misconduct. In normal practices, students are required to conduct a Mock Domestic Inquiry in class or they can record a video outside the class. However, during the Pandemic Covid-19 whereby virtual learning was implemented, students unable to hold a Mock Domestic Inquiry as what has been practiced before. Therefore, through virtual learning, a Mock Domestic Inquiry was done through online role-play. This new practice not only test the students’ understanding, but also enhance students’ creativity, computer skills and soft skills.
